  The police have been here too many times tocount. bad heat, cracks inthe middle ofthe floors, mold, refrigerators that donot work and enforcing any rules..
  there are individuals that used tolive here that still have access tothe building always hanging around being sketchy. Doa mold test, the manager told methat mold can’t grow inColorado, but three ofmy tests proved that wrong. One kid was shot here.

  Rented froms.c.r.Jim…for two years. From the beginning tothe end this has been aterrible experience. Icould never get anything fixed ortaken care ofwithout raising afuss. The house werented had aterrible odor coming from the basem*nt. Probably mold orsewage. Wenever got ananswer, itwas never taken careof. Possibly caused myfiance tohave amiscarriage! Iwas never allowed tosee the basment. Terrible experience all the way around now weare fighting toget our security deposit back. Left the place nicer and cleaner than when wemovedin! Terrible, scetchy way ofdoing buinsness! Absolutely not professional!… – show

    Casey, what the hell? you're not fighting toget your deposit back, read the contract. wehave 30days torefund. also, the basem*nt isthe owners house. you cant goin there, its not public space. the smell from the basem*nt was caused bythe city's lack tokeep the sewers running free. they even admitted toit. regardless ofyour comment, its fixed— according tothe city. and I'm truly sorry your wife had amiscarriage, but thats anuncalled for accusation.

  Selling myhouse has been anightmare through this realty! The realtors will NOT doanything tohelp the seller, they only side and help the buyer. The realtors are unreliable, untrustworthy and unprofessional. Iwill NEVER gothrough this realty when buying CASH again nor will Isell myhouse with them. Again, itwas atotal nightmare!

  I moved into the house on800Robinson ave and itwas abig mistake. The place was dirty. The washer flooded the place when Itried towash clothes the kitchen stink leaks and bathroom toilet aswell. Imoved inMarch and I'm leaving already inJune. They are keeping mydeposit of$650cause Ibroke my1year lease. Donot rent from this company period. Here are pictures ofthe kitchen when Imoved inI didnt even notice. Til Ihunched down and looked its horrible. Donot rent here orfrom thiscompany. This isin Trinidad,CO. Also they threaten mewhen Iwent toadvise them ofmovingout. Saying I'm responsible for the rent even ifI moveout.
