During my transit stay at Hilton Charlotte Uptown, I appreciated the convenient location, with the LYNX Light Rail's 3rd Street/Convention Center stop directly outside the door. It made it easy for me to explore the city of Charlotte during my short stay. the hotel's proximity to Charlotte Douglas International, just 15 km away, was convenient for my travel plans.

My room overlooked a construction site, which resulted in some dust and noise during my stay.I found it disappointing that valet parking incurred an additional $25 fee, and general parking was not included in the room rate.

The Hilton Charlotte Uptown offers a convenient location with easy access to the Bechtler Museum and the Levine Center for the Arts. The studio suite I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with modern amenities such as hardwood floors and a walk-in shower.

The hotel's policy of locking all doors after 11pm, except for the front entrance, was inconvenient.As a solo female traveler, I found it nerve-racking to have to walk all the way around the building late at night, and the lack of clear directions added to the discomfort.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel in the uptown area. The location was perfect, right at the center of everything in downtown. The staff was attentive and attended to all of my needs and questions right away. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with no issues whatsoever. Also, the hotel facilities were top-notch and exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was beautiful, convenient, and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The breakfast was great and the staff was attentive and helpful. Switching rooms was done quickly and they held onto our forgotten pillow until we could retrieve it.

The Hilton in uptown Charlotte was a great stay for us as friends who like to go out at nights. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the tram and within walking distance of the Spectrum Center, NASCAR museum, and fine dining. We also loved the centrally located Epicenter nearby, offering plenty of entertainment options. The staff was polite, check-in was efficient, and the hotel itself was clean and quiet. The breakfast spread offered a nice variety, including hot items like sausage, eggs, and bacon. The large, tiled shower in the room was a pleasant surprise, making it easy to move around without adjusting the shower head.

We felt extremely safe during our stay and have no complaints.
